Leave the paper mache to dry. This could take anywhere between
12-24 hours.
When the paper mache balloon is completely dry and hard, mark
a circle at the top and bottom of the balloon. Use the inside
reel of the masking tape to trace a circlular shape..
Ask an adult to help you cut out the circles you have drawn
at the top and bottom.
